Paul Kim aka P. Keys is a former top 24 contestant on American Idol. Paul's music is a blend of covers and original music. His youtube channel has amassed over 96,000 subscribers and his videos have been viewed over 10 million times. Paul continues to shatter stereotypes being a Korean-American in the R & B music genre.
Paul started singing in choir in the 4th grade. In high school Paul started singing and performing. Some of Paul's early musical influencers were Michael Jackson, Prince, Luther Vandross, Marvin Gaye, and Teddy Pendergrass.
Paul talks about his experience on American Idol. After his experience on American Idol he transitioned into a song writer and realized he wanted his own creative medium for his music and started creating music on YouTube.
